Entry &
ID
Omnis is strictly 18+. Everyone is ID-checked at the door, every time, regardless of how old you look. We accept a current Australian driver licence, an Australian or foreign passport, or a state proof-of-age card. Photocopies, photos of your ID and expired documents are not accepted.
If you can’t produce acceptable ID you will not be admitted, and you will not be refunded. Security may conduct a bag check as a condition of entry, and may refuse entry to anyone who is intoxicated or behaving unsafely.

Bring
- Government-issued photo ID (driver licence, passport, proof-of-age card)
- Your ticket — on your phone or printed
- A card for the bar
- Earplugs, if you want them
Leave at home
- Glass, cans, or any outside alcohol
- Illicit substances of any kind
- Weapons, or anything that could be used as one
- Professional cameras or recording equipment without prior approval
- Large bags or backpacks — small bags only
Bar &
looking after you
The bar is run by us, licensed under Tasmanian liquor licensing law. Every drink is $10, all night. Staff are required to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, and to anyone who can’t produce ID. Free drinking water is available all night.
Noise and lighting: this event runs at high sound levels for extended periods and uses strobe and other intense lighting effects. If you have epilepsy, a heart condition, or are sensitive to loud sound, please take that into account. Earplugs are available at the door.
Harassment, aggression and discriminatory behaviour get you removed without a refund. That’s the whole policy.
Getting
there
Hobart City Hall, Macquarie Street, Hobart TAS 7000. Central Hobart, walking distance from Salamanca Place, Elizabeth Street Mall and the waterfront.
Parking: paid council car parks and on-street parking nearby. Check signage — restrictions apply into the evening in some streets.
Bus: Metro Tasmania services run to the Hobart city interchange a few minutes’ walk away. Check timetables for late services before you come.
Getting home: the event finishes at 11:00PM. Taxis and rideshare are busiest right at close — plan ahead, and don’t drive if you’ve been drinking.
