Ticket Terms
These terms apply to every ticket sold for Omnis. By buying a ticket you accept them, and the Conditions of Entry.
1. The seller
Omnis is presented by Omnis Festival (ABN 52 177 621 427) (“we”, “us”). Tickets are sold on our behalf by 123tix, who is our only authorised ticket seller.
Your purchase is also subject to 123tix’s terms of sale and privacy policy. Where their terms and ours conflict on a matter about the event itself, ours apply.
2. The event
- Event: Omnis
- Date: Saturday 14 November 2026
- Time: 2:00PM — 11:00PM
- Venue: Hobart City Hall, Macquarie Street, Hobart TAS 7000
- Age restriction: Strictly 18+. Licensed venue.
3. Prices and fees
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. 123tix may charge booking and transaction fees. The total amount payable, including all fees, is displayed before you complete your purchase, so you always see the full price before you pay.
4. What a ticket is
A ticket is a revocable licence to attend the event, on these terms and the Conditions of Entry. It is not property, and it does not give you any other right.
Your ticket is only valid if bought from 123tix. Each ticket admits one person once. Duplicated, altered, damaged or illegible tickets may be rejected. Where a ticket has been copied, the first ticket scanned is admitted.
5. Age and identification
This is a strictly 18+ licensed event. You must produce valid government-issued photo identification at the door. Acceptable ID is a current Australian driver licence, an Australian or foreign passport, or a state or territory proof-of-age card. Digital photos of ID, photocopies and expired documents are not accepted.
If you cannot produce acceptable ID, or you are under 18, you will be refused entry and no refund will be given. Please make sure you can meet this requirement before you buy.
6. Refunds, exchanges and change of mind
We follow the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.
Change of mind
Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable simply because you change your mind, your plans change, you are unwell, or you can no longer attend. Please choose carefully.
When we will refund you
You are entitled to a refund if the event is:
- cancelled — we will refund the full ticket price;
- rescheduled — your ticket will be valid for the new date; if the new date does not suit you, you may request a refund of the ticket price within a reasonable time of the new date being announced;
- relocated to a different venue — as above; or
- materially changed — if the event differs materially from what was advertised at the time you bought, you may request a refund.
A change to the lineup, the running order, or individual set times is not on its own a material change, and does not entitle you to a refund. Lineups are always subject to change.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are processed by 123tix to the original payment method, and are usually made within a reasonable period of the refund being approved. Booking fees are refunded where the event is cancelled by us. You do not need to apply separately if we cancel — we will contact ticket holders using the details held by 123tix.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a remedy for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
7. Lost, stolen or undelivered tickets
If you do not receive your ticket, or you lose it, contact 123tix first, then us at omnisfestival@gmail.com. We can usually reissue a ticket where we can verify the original purchase. We are not responsible for tickets lost, stolen or damaged after delivery, or for tickets that never arrive because incorrect contact details were given at purchase.
8. Resale and transfer
You may give or sell your ticket to someone else at or below the price you paid, including fees, provided the new holder meets the age requirement and accepts these terms and the Conditions of Entry.
You must not:
- resell, or offer to resell, a ticket for more than the price you paid;
- use bots or automated software to buy tickets, or buy in excess of any published purchase limit;
- use a ticket for advertising, promotion, a competition or any commercial purpose without our written consent.
A ticket bought or sold in breach of this clause may be cancelled without refund, and the holder refused entry. Buying from an unauthorised reseller is at your own risk: we cannot verify those tickets, and we cannot help you if they turn out to be invalid.
9. Cancellation, postponement and events outside our control
We may cancel, postpone, relocate or vary the event where necessary — including for reasons outside our reasonable control such as extreme weather, fire, flood, a public health direction, government order, venue failure, power failure, industrial action, or a genuine safety risk.
If that happens we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can, on this website and by email to ticket holders, and your refund rights under clause 6 apply. Subject to clause 6 and to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for other costs you incur — for example travel, accommodation or time off work.
10. Admission and removal
Admission is subject to the Conditions of Entry. We and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, any person who breaches those conditions, is intoxicated, or behaves in a way that is unsafe, threatening or harassing. No refund is given in those circumstances.
There is no re-entry. Once you leave the venue your ticket is spent.
11. Filming and photography
The event may be photographed, filmed and recorded by us and by people we authorise. By entering, you consent to your image, voice and likeness being recorded and used by us for promotional, archival and commercial purposes, without payment, in any medium. If you would prefer not to be filmed, please speak to a staff member at the door.
12. Sound and lighting
This event involves prolonged exposure to high sound levels and the use of strobe lighting, lasers, haze and other intense lighting effects. These can affect people with epilepsy, photosensitivity, heart conditions or hearing sensitivity. Attend at your own discretion; free earplugs are available at the door.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). See our Privacy Policy. 123tix collects your purchase information directly and handles it under their own privacy policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.
15. Contact
Ticket enquiries: omnisfestival@gmail.com. For problems with a booking, payment or delivery, contact 123tix first — they hold the transaction.
